How do the credits work?
A credit is used every time you send an Introduction invite to a candidate – the credit is however only spent if the candidate accepts your introduction within 7 days. If your introduction is declined you get your credit back within 24 hours and if your introduction does not get a response within 7 days your credit is also returned to you within 24hrs. Dependent on your subscription – your credits refill on the 1st of every month.
Can I buy extra credits?
Yes, you can buy packs of one-off credits from within your account.
Am I able to see Attorneys currently working at my firm?
No.
How many customers of the firm may we invite to use the service for free?
Unlimited
How many users are we allowed?
Unlimited it is not dependent on your subscription.
What geographies do you cover?
Currently the USA – we will be announcing new geographies shortly.
Do you vet Attorneys?
Yes, prior to an Attorneys profile going live on the platform we perform an online check of the candidate for suitability as well as accuracy
